Processing and transit

Allow 1–2 business days for order preparation, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Tracking and delivery help

A tracking number is sent after dispatch. Please reach support promptly if movement stops or the parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Where we ship

Delivery is limited to United States addresses, and standard delivery carries no shipping charge on any US order.
