Authorization and security

Submitting an order may cause the payment provider to authorize or capture the amount due. Secure processors handle card data, and we do not retain complete card numbers. Failed authorization or a fraud review can delay or cancel an order.

Taxes, adjustments, and refunds

Applicable taxes are calculated and collected as required by law; no fixed tax exemption is promised. After approval, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. The provider may need additional time to post it.
